FACILITIES

Austin County Expo Center

The Expo Center has central ac and heating.  The facility has two sets of restrooms, kitchen, stage, tables, and chairs.  The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and two sided serving area.  In addition to those items you have access to half of our large cooler, beer keg lines, beer pulls, and large divided metal trough that can be utilized for sodas, water, or canned beer.  It makes for easy distribution.

Expo Center Lease Agreement and Pricing

Rodeo Arena

The Rodeo Arena is not available for rent.  It is a privately owned facility that strictly monitored.  Use of the arena can be made if you would like to be added to the calendar at beginning of January please feel free to contact our Fair Office at (979) 865-5995.  You will be required to provide an insurance certificate that shows Austin County Fair and Monroe and Faye Mewis as additionally insured.

Turnverin

The circular building on the fair grounds, otherwise know at the Turnverin, is not rented out by our fair office.  Please feel free to contact the city of Bellville at (979) 865-3136 for pricing and availability.

American Legion Hall

The American Legion Hall, small building to the right of the War Memorial, is not rented out by our fair office.  Please feel free to contact Harold or Elizabeth Remmert at  (979) 865-2944 for pricing and availability.
